I.  MULTICULTURAL POETRY SCRAPBOOK
A.  FIVE SENSES POEMS
      - read and repeat out loud "Buenos Hot Dogs" (in Spanish)
      - Read and analyze English version (same author)
      - annotate/write notes
B. REMINDER OF QUESTIONS TO ASK
      - What is the poem about?  What does the title suggest/make you think about?
      - Who is the narrator?  What do we learn about the narrator's view/perspective/personality?
      - What do you see/recognize in the writing style?
      - Does the writing style "say" or suggest anything to you?
      - what words stand out to give meaning, tone, a message or point?
C.  FIVE SENSES POEM (write 1-2 rough drafts)



II.  KNIGHT'S TALE (Day 3)
- Continuing to ask:  What does it mean to be a knight? Or To act knightly?
- Chaucer Gilds the Lily (what does this idiom mean?)
- John Lennon allusion
- Three Roosters Allusion to recognizing Jesus (recognizing William's true nature)
