* Tuesdays and Thursdays are typically going to be Social Studies days

I.  HISTORY ALIVE TEXT BOOK CH 1
- review design of informational elements
- where are titles, subtitles, vocabulary words, images, etc.?
- how are these elements presented or colored to stand out?

- CREATE A FRAME (multi column graphic organizer) ON HA CH 1
  - Titles (except "introduction" and "summary")
  - Subtitles
  - Images (summarize)
  - Maps/Charts (titles/purpose)
  - Significant Vocabulary words or terms

* without having read the chapter, but ONLY looking at it's informational features,
   students will be learning about the topic
