   what have you heard?  what do you expect?  what have you been told?
   about 7th grade Core?
   * accessing currently held information

II.  QUESTIONS
- what do you need to know to be successful in this class?
   what questions *should* a teacher be answering?
   what topics should be discussed?

III.  HANDOUTS / NUTS AND BOLTS
- Hand out Packets (walk through all sheets)
- Trackers (create a list of homework for the night - mostly handouts)
- Locker and Technology forms

IV FILL OUT LOCKER PARTNER FORMS

V.  FAMILY TREE: Prologue (In Class Novel)
- start first two paragraphs of Family Tree (first day of school)
