starting to visualize/consider materials you might/could use
starting to think about/look into castle parts to include

(this week and last week, with a focus on your HW "To Do" lists)
II. ICON BOOK TALK
- get out your materials (brainstorm sheet and accordion book)
- review score rubric (overhead)
- review score sheet/categories (everyone gets a score today)
- everyone also scores themself
- get into groups; use back of images (list of points) to guide what you say
- point to images while talking; face each other as best
- it doesn't matter what order you discuss story
- write comments on why you scored someone with a certain choice of points
* include in YOUR self-analysis the grade you think you deserve and why
(be able to determine and think about criteria in an independent way)
IF NOT DONE:
complete over weekend;
will have to submit during lunch or after school (let teacher know when you can come up)
