No new home reading book had yet been assigned.
We'd been hoping to get into Lois Lowry's The Giver IN class this week. Will begin on return to class.
We would have walked through the pre-writing & rough draft stages of an expository essay on Muhammad. (Will catch up when we get back).
When we return, we will still briefly reflect IN class on the Classics Illustrated Book versus the movie version.
OTHER THAN THE POLITICAL CARTOON OF CUBA-US RELATIONS and the MATER/PATER VOCABULARY SHEET, THERE WAS NO OTHER HOMEWORK.
The next few pages will update with extra credit vocabulary options for students who wish to make up missing or low score work.
