THE ORIGINAL VERSION OF ALL CLASSICS ILLUSTRATED CAN BE DOWNLOADED ONTO AN IPAD OR SOME VERSION OF A SMART PHONE/TABLET.  It is expected that stronger readers WILL do this to read at least 1-3 chapters of the original to make comparisons.  Most all classics can also be found online, since they are usually public domain and free to publish.

ABOUT WATCHING A MOVIE VERSION:  MOST OLDER VERSIONS (1955 or earlier) are often available on Youtube in full movie version.  You can also check out an older version from the library.  You will be writing a comparison between the movie version and the version you read (National Common Core Standard).
