* still getting a few last minute make up grades in

- begin to think about now; design ideas; research on your own (to start)
- DUE MONDAY, MAR 3 (groups okay)

I.  VOCAB WEEK 10 PREQUIZ
- hear the words in sentence with context, guess spelling and meaning and word part (grammar)
- self-correct spelling/check definitions to see if you wrote any the same as on each vocab page
- begin Day 1 (Day 2 is MO HW)
* sentences all about Historical Diary

II.  OUTSIDERS chapter 1
- "previously" section in spiral (what happened last time -- teacher model)
- "reaction" what you learned about character, setting, story (not just opinion)
- "character descriptions" based on narrator's words
    Ponyboy- SodaPop - Darry - Dally
- read aloud
                * will continue a bit each day
