- create a list of what you've done so far

- create a list of what you want to write this week

II.  FEUDALISM - review
- review pages 11-14 of Interactive Student Notebook
- share in groups/review

II.  QUIZ ON KNIGHTS
- 8 question quiz on knights
- group/table share grade; mostly a discussion quiz
- must discuss and come to a consensus on answer

III.  KNIGHTS INFO CARD WALK ABOUT
- read information card presented to you 2-3x
- on 3rd time, start to underline key words you'd need to use
  in summarizing/explaining your information to others
- everyone reads aloud at same time 2-3x

- walk around and explain the information on your card
- hand to partner, who will read as you explain and let you know
   if you got everything correctly; each partner shares
- sign initials on each other's cards

IV.  "KNIGHTS and KNIGHTHOOD"
- read encyclopedia article on above topic
- review where titles are, author's names, sections, etc.
  (format of an encyclopedia article)
- write FRAME for this article
- teacher walk through topic, is about and why it matters
  (model how to find, where this information is)
* not homework; kids work at THEIR pace in class
