I.  AUCTION PROJECT INTRODUCTION
- sets of masks
- think about designs and themes
- looking for designs that incorporate these color notions:
         b&w (monochromatic)
         metallic (golds, silvers, coppers, etc.)
         primary colors (red, yellow, blue, etc)
         tropical (wild oranges, purples, lime greens, etc.)
   
* come in on Monday with sketches and design ideas




II.  INDEPENDENT READING BOOK
- continue to work on vocabulary
* 20 - 30 words from first three chapters of book
* interesting, powerful, challenging, unknown, colorful

WORD:  Definition
SENTENCE in which the word appeared
* skip lines between each word


II.ISLAM
- continue reading HA, CHPT 9, 91.- 9.11
- continue HA: Interactive Student Notebook, pg. 55-59
* becomes homework if not finished; will check by next Tuesday
