- find a section or chapter in your book that DESCRIBES A PLACE
- begin a list of things "found" in this place, writing down phrases or short lines
- think about the mood or tone this list conveys based on the adjectives and nouns
* this type of poetry focuses on impact of what you do or do not say in your writing
* also focuses on the power of descriptive details in writing

- do not submit until you've reviewed every answer
- eliminate choices; prove why they are not correct
