- Seek out striking or powerful or interesting quotes/excerpts/sentences
- Write quote on left side of paper, drawing an icon/image in box to right
-  Please focus on proper, neat formatting
*  Share in groups quote and why quote was chosen
* Volunteers share in class; focus on tone & mood; practice speaking in tones/moods

PLEASE NOTE:  Vocabulary spot check conducted during this session. Students who have done NO or little reading of the vocab received pink marks to indicate this.  Vocab still required to be completed.  Vocab is not meant to be done all in one night.  Must be done a little at a time to properly get all the words down.
