    - including writing down homework for the night
    * keep a planned schedule of getting work done!

II.  GIVER: CHARACTER rvw continued

      - discuss at tables what we know so far/remember
      - skim and scan chapter 7 for new information
         we might not have payed attention to
     - Chapter 7-8 build tension; set up Asher as perfect citizen
        and a FOIL to Jonas
     USE READING STRATEGIES:
    - hold book with non-writing hand;
      scan with two fore-fingers of writing hand
      you are not reading -- look only for ASHER'S name
      THEN start reading to see what we learn
      What is said, heard, described, done, etc.

III.  GIVER: SSR (Hero's Journey continued)
       - continue to read up to end of Chapter 11
       - think of how Jonas is our Hero on a Hero's Journey
       - how does he fit the pattern?
       - what does he say, do, feel, or experience?

      * If you finish Chapter 11, work on  HW
