(8th grade field trip Mr. Gentile is attending)

** PLEASE CONTINUE READING YOUR MYSTERY BOOK
     20-30 MINUTES PER DAY (about 2 hours by Friday)
     at least 1 HOUR over the weekend, more if you need to catch up



I.  Monday Morning VOCAB      * no pre-quiz this morning
    A.   Share story so far with person across from you/at table
           - if you had to direct a movie of this book
             what props would have to be in this movie?
             (things we'd have to see)

    B.   Create/brainstorm a list of words 
           from Mystery Book
           * create in your LA Spiral
           * continue to add as you read
           * score for this activity is based on 66-99 words in spiral
           * use memory or a dictionary if you forgot your book

   C.    ssr DOCTOR WHO MYSTERY ABC SUMMARY
          
           - also read questions, but do not write answers (yet)
           - use one or two-word key lists to help explain the answer
           - discuss at table groups

      6 lines space per letter so that five letters fit onto a page
             does not mean you will use all 6 lines
      hand-written or typed is fine
