I.  HISTORICAL DIARY VOCABULARY
* will be vocab work for this week (no packet)
- 30  Words to be included with book report
- 10 words from each 1/3 of book (spread out)
- include page number

- Word Hunt (skim and scan) activity
- create word list for sections 1-2
- this list will include 20-40 words from each section
  from which you'll chose only 10 from each section to define
* This sheet of paper will be included in your book report

II.   begin HISTORICAL DIARY VOCAB
- include
              (a) word;
              (b) word part of speech;
              (c) definition;
              (d) sentence in which word appears;
              (e) page number in parentheses

- work on a few vocab words in class, before break
* continue on as HW after this
