I. WORD PART REVIEW: PRIN, PRIM, PROTO (first, basic)
- pop quiz; in groups look at definitions and come up with words
* kind of like a crossword puzzle with no squares
- VOCAB WORD PART WORKSHEET (complete in groups)
share work/divide work/don't just say letters and numbers, say word AND definition
- complete individually back side story "Princess and the Pea."
read story and underline phrases/words that could be replaced with PRIN, PRIM, PROTO words
II. FAMILY TREE CHAPTER 4
- teacher reviews what's happened so far
- reads out loud chapter 4
- answer questions on question sheet
