II. OUTSIDERS - chapter questions
- 20-25 questions for every chapter
- most are for discussion in groups
- every chapter = one (and only one) page for answers
- teacher-chosen questions. Thorough answers.
- rewrite question INTO answer. Provide context for answer.
- use proof - quote or paraphrase from book to prove your answer
- only answer questions when you have finished the chapter
* some struggling readers may not get as many questions answered in order to catch up and this is fine.
- Teacher model QUESTION #1, CHAPTER #1
- discuss rest questions in groups; always prove answer with details from book
II. OUTSIDERS - chapter 1-2
- continue reading no further than end of chapter 2
