-  read quietly a descriptive writing piece
-  answer questions
-  on the back, list details you would list
    in "planning" or "outlining" this writing
-  share and compare answers in groups
-  discuss details of first and last answer
   (most students will not give full answers)

III.  Knights and TOURNAMENTS
- Search and Find (paying attention to details in clues)
- Tournaments essay on back of pages (highlight information)
- Quick Write: What are Tournaments? (one page in SS Spiral)

IV.  KNIGHT'S TALE - 1st 15 or so minutes only
- intro to premise of movie
- explain introduction/opening
- why does the director use Rock and Roll (Queen) to open his movie?
