I. TRACKER CHECK/REVIEW
- always start class by taking out tracker
- looking over previous night's homework list; checking calendar
- add agendas from previous day's classes
* if finished, finish up some of tonight's homework

II.  WORD PART WARM UP (ROOT WORDS rect and reg)
- continue to use reading strategies
- box verbs that tell you WHAT to do
- underline details that verb refers to ( ex: BOX the adjective)
* shows that you read and tried to understand the instructions
- also box key words and underline definitions when given

III.  FAMILY TREE - CH 6-7
- review story so far (quietly/silent reading)
- discuss chapter 6 questions and predict answers
- listen to chapter 6 and discuss as we go along
* Beatles and Rolling Stones reference; Imagine reference.  Explain.
