* rough drafts are messy, sloppy, have mistakes.  BUT they also give you something to work with.

* rough drafts may not be entirely complete, but they give you an idea of what you need to work on
* rough drafts help show you how much you have written and what will fit in your booklet

I. MIB ENCYCLOPEDIA RESEARCH/WORK TIME - read (in class)
* RVWING CHECKLIST & SETTING A GOAL FOR THE DAY
- keeping an open mind to a VARIETY of resources (online/encyclopedia/etc.)
- using an encyclopedia for ideas on how to divide a person's life into 9 chapters
- using an encyclopedia for possible TIMELINE ideas
- using an encyclopedia for possible MAP ideas
- continuing to develop GLOSSARY *as* you read; multi-tasking
  and recognizing new/challenging words

         Always keep in mind family obligations and include your parents in your planning
         YOU determine which specific chapters and elements to work on
         Set achievable goals (you can't do "everything" in one sitting.  Doesn't work that way)
