I.  ATLAS WORK PREVIEW
- Using a variety of maps in the ATLAS, find facts on Libya
* brainstorm as a class first, how to approach this assignment
- no single right answer; no more than two pages of facts
- organization and neatness count; must have a title
- glean (find) facts from at least 5 different pages; strive for more
- skip lines between facts; include page number for fact in (parentheses)

II.  VOCABULARY WEEK 15 prequiz
* NEW OFFER:  don't have to write sentence for words you spell right and define correctly
* highlight both.  Turn in so that I can look over list

III.  STATE WRITING ASSESSMENT (last day)
- all tests due to district office this week
- everyone reviews their paper for five minutes, minimum
- if finished, work on vocabulary, geography CW or Atlas work
