I.  MIDDLE AGES ESSAY
   A.  create list of possible topics you *could* write on (class activity)
   B.  choose two topics to web out possible things to say on topic
        * use example handed out in class for ideas; review as class
   C.  create organization/outline FRAME using example (class activity)
         * point out main ideas & details, function of introductions
   D.  WRITE first DRAFT ESSAY on topic of choice
         * may use any and all notes from last two weeks

Essays are not homework.  We will finish/revise in class on Thursday.
