"FACETS OF AFRICA" - STORY TELLERS @ Interstate Firehouse Cultural Theater
We did have one hour of each class however:
I. READ "Ponyboy" character analysis essay
- Continue with homework reading
- Use essay as a model for essays students are writing now
- All questions are level 1 - review questions of what's in the text
* Finish at home tonight
II. DISCUSS/BRAINSTORM CASTLE PROJECT
-- Brainstorm and list what materials you might or could use
-- planning ahead activity for 2-week project (all at home)
* Castle Project is tentatively scheduled to begin this Friday, with all castles due March. 2.
I'm checking with other classes and the school calendar to make sure there are no huge obstacles. While students work on this at home, we will focus on knights, heraldry and chivalry in the classroom.
